生命科学与技术学院
生命科学与技术学院溯源于1977年成立的医用生物学教研室、1986 年开设的生物学专业(师范类),2014 年 8 月设立生物科学与技术学院,2020年4月改为现名。现设有细胞生物学、遗传学、分子生物学、生物工程、电子技术、医学工程技术、医学信号处理、生物制药学、生物制药工程9个教研室和生命科学与技术实验教学中心、生物医学工程专业实验室2个实验中心。
学院现有生物技术、生物医学工程和生物制药3 个山东省本科一流专业,拥有生物学一级学科硕士学位授予权,有细胞生物学、发育生物学、遗传学、微生物学4个二级学科硕士点,生物与医药专业硕士学位授权。现有全日制本科生919人,硕士研究生132人。
学院现有教职工70人,其中,教授6人、副教授27人,具有博士学位62人,硕士生导师33人。专任教师中,有享受国务院特殊津贴专家1人、山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家1人,山东省泰山产业领军人才1人、山东省教学名师1人、山东省优秀研究生指导教师3人、澳门青年学者1人,潍坊市突出贡献中青年专家1人、鸢都学者3人,潍坊市“五一”劳动奖章获得者1人,有山东省高等学校青创人才引育团队2个和山东省高等学校青创科技计划创新团队8个,有1人获全国教
学基本功比赛二等奖,多人在省级、校级教学比赛中获一等奖等。
学院现有山东省生物药物研发与应用工程研究中心、山东省高等学校服务黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展医药生物技术协同创新中心等省市级科研平台 10 个。近年来投入科研平台建设经费 2600 余万元,科研条件基本完善,能够满足学位点实验教学、技能培训和科学研究的需求。
在人才培养上,实行“厚基础、重素质、强能力”的培养理念,不断改革人才培养模式和课程体系,大力深化专业多模块、多层次、综合性的实验教学改革。学院在潍坊市高新生物医药产业园、潍坊康华生物、威高集团、荣昌制药、国药器械、上海柯渡等实践基地,学校获批潍坊市生物医药产业学院,实现人才培养质量稳步提升。近三年,立项大学生创新创业训练计划项目国家级29项,省级69项,校级295项;学生参加学科竞赛获国家级一等奖8项,二等奖9项,三等奖13项,省级及以上竞赛奖项331项。
学院以教学科研为中心,立足高起点内涵发展,大力加强学科建设。近 5年,主持承担国家自然科学基金项目 22项,山东省自然科学基金等省部级项目52项,厅局级及其他课题30余项;获山东省科技进步二、三等奖3项,山东省省级教学成果一等奖1项、二等奖1项,山东省高等学校优秀科研成果奖一等奖1项、二等奖1项、三等奖3项,山东医学科技奖三等奖1项,中国产学研合作创新成果奖优秀奖1项,省软科学
一等奖1项、二等奖3项、三等奖1项,潍坊市专利奖一等奖1项,其他奖励10余项,授权专利41项;发表论文227篇,其中,SCI收录183篇、中文核心期刊44篇;拥有国家一流课程1门,省级一流课程2门,各类示范课、优质课程20余门,各级教改项目20余项。
“健康中国”战略以及山东省“八大发展战略”“十强产业”等政策的相继实施,为生命科学和生物产业在 21 世纪的发展提供了前所未有的巨大新动能。生命科学与技术学院正处于高质量发展的最好时机,全院师生将团结实干,创新求真,突出特色,发挥优势,走产学研相结合的道路,为建设现代医科大学做出应有的贡献。
School ofLife Sciencesand Technology
The School of Life Sciences and Technology traces its origins to the Teaching and Research Section of Medical Biology established in 1977 and the Biology (Teacher Education) program launched in 1986. In August 2014, the School of Biological Science and Technology was founded, and in April 2020, it was renamed to its current title. The school now comprises nine teaching and research sections: Cell Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Electronic Technology, Medical Engineering Technology, Medical Signal Processing, Biopharmaceutics, and Biopharmaceutical Engineering, along with two experimental centers-the Life Sciences and Technology Experimental Teaching Center and the Biomedical Engineering Laboratory.
The school offers three Shandong Provincial First-Class Undergraduate Programs: Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, and Biopharmaceuticals. It grants master's degrees in Biology (first-level discipline) with four sub-disciplines (Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Genetics, and Microbiology), as well as a professional master's degree in Biological and Pharmaceutical Engineering. Currently, there are 919 full-time undergraduate students and 132 postgraduate students enrolled.
The school has a faculty of 70 members, including 6 professors, 27 associate professors, and 62 PhD holders, with 33 serving as postgraduate supervisors. Among the faculty, there are:

The school operates 10 provincial and municipal research platforms, including:
• Shandong Engineering Research Center for R&D and Application of Biopharmaceuticals
• Shandong Higher Education Collaborative Innovation Center for Medical Biotechnology in Serving Ecological Conservation and High-Quality Development of the Yellow River Basin
In recent years, over 26 million RMB has been invested in research infrastructure, ensuring well-equipped facilities for experimental teaching, technical training, and scientific research.
In talent cultivation, the school adheres to the philosophy of solid foundation, well- rounded quality, and
strong competence, continuously reforming training models and curricula while advancing multi-module, multi-level, and comprehensive experimental teaching. It has established off-campus practice bases in the Weifang High-Tech Biomedical Industrial Park, Weifang Kanghua Biotechnology, Weigao Group,Livzon Pharmaceutical,
China National Pharmaceutical Group (CNPGC),Shanghai Kedu Medical, among others. The university has also been approved to establish the Weifang Biopharmaceutical Industry College, further enhancing talent development. Over the past three years, students have secured:
• 29 national, 69 provincial, and 295 university-level Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program projects
• 8 national first prizes, 9 second prizes, and 13 third prizes in discipline competitions, along with 331 provincial or higher-level awards
Centered on teaching and research, the school pursues high-standard disciplinary development. In the last five years, faculty have:
• Secured 22 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 52 provincial/ministerial-level projects (e.g., Shandong Natural Science Foundation), and 30+ municipal/other projects
• Won 3 Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards (second/third prizes), 2 Shandong Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards (first/second prizes), 5 Shandong Higher Education Outstanding Research Achievement Awards (first/second/third prizes), 1 Shandong Medical Science and Technology Award, 1 China Industry-University-Research Collaboration Innovation Achievement Award, 5 Shandong Soft Science Awards (first/second/third prizes), 1 Weifang Patent Award (first prize), and 10+ other honors
• Obtained 41 authorized patents

With the implementation of China’s Healthy China strategy and Shandong’s Eight Major Development Strategies
and Top Ten Industries initiatives, life sciences and biotechnology are gaining unprecedented momentum in the 21st century. The School of Life Sciences and Technology is now at its prime for high-quality development.Faculty and students will unite in innovation, leverage strengths, and integrate industry-academia- research collaboration to contribute to the advancement of a modern medical university.
